Design without Designer points to Creator

In his recent book "Design in Nature", Adrian Bejan feels the necessity to clarify how "finding design in nature" has nothing to do with thinking about an Intelligent Designer. He says right at the beginning "Over time, I would develop a new understanding of evolutionary phenomena and the oneness of nature that would reveal how design emerges without an intelligent designer". I agree. Why? Because that is precisely what I would expect from a God who is creator, not designer.

A God who creates a world, from the point of view of Christian theology, is a God who confers autonomy and freedom to the world's being. Freedom and autonomy is precisely the reason that makes something out of nothing worth being.
